These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Alpha-Mike Inc., operating under the name Alpha Finance Tracker ("we", "us", "our"), the operator of the Alpha Finance Tracker application and website (the "Service"). By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into a contract. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
Alpha Finance Tracker is a business finance tracking application that lets you record income and expenses, categorize transactions, store receipt images, and export reports. Features may change over time as we improve the product.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:
We retain all right, title, and interest in the Service, including its software, design, documentation, and branding. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms and your plan.
You retain ownership of the data and receipt images you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and process that content solely to provide the Service to you.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.
You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, present a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly violate our policies. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete your data after a reasonable export window.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Alpha-Mike Inc. is established, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
