Subscription renewals

You can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals. If a renewal charge occurs and you no longer want the subscription, contact us within a reasonable time and we'll work with you in good faith.

Processing time

Approved refunds are typically returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
